The holidays have come and gone, and you’ve swapped the festive decor for a fresh, new look to kick off 2017, right? If you’re shaking your head yes (or even if your not) your ‘New Year’ mentality may have you running to the nearest hardware store to transform that old storage closest into a beautifully organized entertaining closet.

Trish Flake from Uncommon Designs paved the way to creating a gorgeous, functional entertaining closest that is seriously swoon-worthy. She utilized Rubbermaid’s FastTrack closet system to create a shelving system to display items rather than stuffing them into a bin only to be forgotten.

Displaying items is the easiest way to keep close inventory of what you have. When you can peek in your closest and easily see your entertaining pieces it prevents impulse buying or purchasing something that you already have! (Something we’re all guilty of, right!?)

In addition to preventing a future case of buyer’s remorse, an organized space to house your entertaining collection could inspire you to entertain more(No, we’re not crazy! Remember what Oprah said, “The more you praise and celebrate your life, the more there is in life to celebrate!”) Having a beautifully designed, organized space for your entertaining collection is not only beautiful to look at, but it’s refreshing as well. A refreshed mindset is the best way to come up with new ideas, and it’s no surprise that our ideas include finding ways to pop a bottle of champagne and celebrate something!

Whether you’re the ‘Hostess with the Mostess’ or just starting out, we all have entertaining pieces that we’ve collected over time. An organized space can offer many things, and whether it’s peace of mind or inspiration to do more, this stunning entertaining closest is something we can all agree deserves a double-take.

Cheers,
Debbie
